MANAGEMENT SUPPORT OFFICER (UNCERTAIN FIXED TERM) (JOB NUMBER:

Your Main Activities Are
- Deliver a harmonized onboarding and offboarding process for external staff across different scopes
- Process direct expenses and manage external staff's invoicing, liaising with suppliers, business and other internal departments
- Produce KPIs & dashboards (daily, weekly, or monthly) and share reporting at entity level and for a variety of stakeholders and internal departments
- Centralize all data to perform more accurate accruals of external staff to share with Finance on a monthly basis
- Prepare weekly, fortnightly or monthly status reports, ensuring consistency in data and contributing to data quality control and followup (requesting corrections in case of anomalies)
- Centralize all data to perform accurate reporting (HC Analysis, Collecte des Effectifs & Forfaits)
- Support the development, implementation and update of procedures, process manuals and operational workflows, and keep uptodate with new developments and changes in processes
- Contribute to reduce the security and compliance risk identifying and reporting risk situations on the processes
- Contribute to other adhoc projects development
- Deal with operational queries when necessary
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Management, Accounting or similar field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly with Excel
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail, with strong analytical skills

- Management Support Portugal is in charge of the onboarding, offboarding and invoicing processes for external staff and all related data enquiries, working with both internal and external clients and suppliers in different locations
