Back office job position - you will deal directly with the Airline's legal department:

Our client is a famous, low-cost European point-to-point airline.

They use their cost advantage, operational efficiency and leading positions in primary airports to deliver low fares, seamlessly connecting Europe with the warmest welcome in the sky.


Your responsabilities:


  • Manage legal claims with different actors with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the customer's claiming foundations.
  • Understand the customer's unique situations and proceed with treatment and followup of their legal claims.
  • Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.

Our expectations:

You speak Dutch in proficiency:


  • Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2):
  • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal

You want to work in a back office area:

  • You are self-motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

  • Friday 08:30 17:30, full time, 40h/week:

1100€ gross x12 months +
2 extra salaries per year

-up to 175€ gross monthly performance bonus
- €7.23 NET/day meal allowance

  • Full time employment, 6 months fixedterm renewable contract
  • Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
