We are recruiting a
Quality Analyst(f/m/d) to join our client's operation in Lisbon. Our client is a consulting company that offers management solutions, information technologies, and outsourcing to its clients. It is headquartered in Ireland with branches worldwide

Benefits:

Employment contract with Kelly Services;
Base salary + Meal allowance;
Integration into a prominent company in the industry.

Working hours: 40 hours per week, 8 hours per day, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Note: 100% remote work.

What tasks does this role involve?

Perform daily audits following the client's defined quality methodology;
Share audit results with the client on a weekly basis;
Provide feedback to the team based on audit findings;
Lead root cause analysis (RCA), analysis, and action planning;
Ensure alignment with quality targets and drive continuous improvement;
Foster and maintain a positive working relationship with the client.

What qualifications should you have?

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
Prior experience in a similar role;
Fluency in Spanish and English;
Quick learning ability through selfstudy, classroom, and handson experience;
Strong analytical skills;
Effective communication skills with employees and management at all levels;
Competence in performing daytoday responsibilities;
Proficiency in organizing staff and supervising workloads for maximum efficiency.
