YOUR ROLE


As Human Resources Trainee, you will be exposed to a wide range of tasks and you will have the opportunity to learn a broad spectrum of areas amongst Human Resources, collaborating with all the team and leading some projects.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Cooperate in the setup of induction plans for new employees;
  • Participate on the onboarding process followup;
  • Support to the training process;
  • Provide human resources support to internal clients;
  • Collaborate on other tasks and department activities when needed.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or Law;
  • Maximum 1 year of experience in similar roles;
  • Available for a oneyear contract;
  • Fluent written and spoken English knowledge;
  • Good digital skills;
  • SAP Success Factors knowledge (preference);
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Orientation towards the internal client;
  • Mindset of continuous improvement.
