Your new role - challenging and future-oriented:

  • Lead and manage a team of data analytics experts.
  • Oversee the development and execution of advanced analytics projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance and direction for analytics initiatives.
  • Drive activities around Data as a product.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance data analytics capabilities.
  • Ensure the delivery of actionable insights that drive business growth and improve decisionmaking processes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate analytics into business processes and workflows.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in advanced analytics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the analytics team.
  • Drive the adoption of datadriven decisionmaking across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytics requirements.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of analytics projects and initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations in all analytics activities.

Your qualifications - solid and appropriate:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics).
  • Proven experience in leading advanced analytics teams or projects along with strong skills in team collaboration and guidance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge and expertise in advanced analytics techniques.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, data management, and data quality principles.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable analytics initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, with a focus on delivering actionable insights and driving business outcomes.
  • You continuously demonstrate initiative, strong analytical skills, high result, and customer orientation as well as ability to work and guide teams.
  • Fluency in English mandatory; additional knowledge of German and/or Portuguese is preferred.
