Support for car rental
Our client is a French company that offers solutions related to employee benefits and digital vouchers.

Swile provides a digital platform that allows companies to offer benefits to their employees in the form of meal vouchers, gift cards, and other perks.

Employees can use the app to manage their benefits, check their balances, and make payments using the digital vouchers.

You will ensure a warm and professional contact with clients.

You will deliver excellent standards of service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while achieving your professional purpose and contributing to the company's future success.

As a Customer Support you will:

Respond to user inquiries and questions regarding the app's functionality, benefits, account management etc.

Provide clear and helpful assistance to ensure a positive customer experience

Assist users in resolving issues they might encounter while using the app: account access, app functionality, payment processing or credit management

Collect feedback from users regarding their experience with the app. Listen to suggestions, concerns, and ideas for improvement, and relay this feedback to the appropriate teams

Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl.

785€ gross x 14 months,

up to 140€ gross performance bonus (x12 months),

6,83€ NET/day meal voucher - given as a pre-paid card

The annual yearly salary with bonuses can be from 10990€ up to 12670€:

Fixed term, renewable full time employment contract for 12 months (according to the Portuguese law)
