Working alongside with the executive team, sales team, customer success, growth, marketing, and finance teams you will create unparalleled value for their business.
**As #1 Salesforce Administrator, this is going to be your day-to-day: - You will perform, organize, and streamline sales operations by leveraging technology and high attention to detail while monitoring for problems, taking immediate action where possible, and escalating when needed;- Implement and manage Salesforce CRM changes to ensure optimised workflows and reporting for the sales, finance, and marketing teams;
- Create focused dashboards, metrics, reports to support corporate initiatives;
- Executing key sales operations tasks to support the overall objectives of the business;
- Serve as a Salesforce administrator and identify opportunities for process improvement.

To succeed in this opportunity you need:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Management or Information Technology related or relevant professional experience;
- At least 3 years of operations experience, preferably in sales or professional services;
- Experience with Salesforce CRM administration;
- Thrives in a fastpaced, rapidly changing, and remote working environment;
- Experience with Metrics, Excel, Dashboards and Reports;
- Fluent in English.
