The opportunity

Right now, we are looking for MS DYNAMICS 365 CRM Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our EY Technology Consulting team focused on providing cutting - edge IT solutions dedicated to the biggest market players.

Your key responsibilities

You'll be working with state-of-the-art technologies in MS DYNAMICS 365 CRM (Sales, Service, Marketing, Customer Data Platform and Commerce) and you'll enthusiastically enhance your core Microsoft technology knowledge and experience.

The idea is to deliver business advisory services in the field of transformation and enterprise management systems; implement the newest MS DYNAMICS 365 solutions and manage the quality of implementation projects.

Ability to identify technological developments and evaluate impacts on the client's business;
A strategic focused mindset;
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills;
Ability to delivery multiple projects and to present information in a clear and concise manner;
A strong work ethic;
Forward thinker and selfstarter;
Creative, proactive, team player and able to work under pressure.
Business mindset and some commercial acumen.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Higher Education Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or similar
At least 2+ years of professional consulting experience in technology consulting or similar roles;
At least 2+ years of experience in MS DYNAMICS 365 implementations in different sectors;
Experience in standard project tasks: Test cases, analysis, documentation;
Able to manage and prioritize workload;
Ability to adapt quickly and positively to change;
Strong teamwork skills;
Excellent communication skills in order to interact with a range of stakeholders;
Excellent English verbal and written communication.

Ideally, you'll also have

French Speaking skills;
Willing to travel on business;
Knowledge in Agile and/or Scrum methods of delivery;
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams;
MS Certifications.
