Job description:
Responsible for the organization and management of an inventory.

This may include keeping track of what items are in stock, ordering new items as needed, and organizing the inventory in a way that makes it easy to find and use, also be responsible for maintaining records of what items have been sold and ensuring that the correct quantity of each item is maintained.

Responsibilities:

Supervise the inventory control, driver checkin and quality assurance functions effectively and guide staff through all processes.
Ensuring accurate reporting of Weekly Inventory situations and the status of issues of concern.
Managing effective daily Inventory status corrections.
Coordinating Inventory resolution issues with various Department Managers.
Collaborating to develop and implement Inventory Management procedures and processes.
Identifying opportunities and implementing process improvements.
Reviewing ongoing accuracy of Shrink reporting and analysis of various causes of Shrink.
Collaborate with Divisional Staff with inventor evaluation.
Providing support to Controller on various financial and ensuring compliance SOX regulations.

Required Qualifications:

High School Degree or Higher Education.
24 years of inventory experience in warehouse inventory, quality control and food warehouse management.
24 years of inventoryrelated supervisory experience.
Proficient in MicrosoftOfficeprograms.
Must be able to learn or have experience with AS400 or SAP.
Inventory, quality control and food warehouse management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Shipping and receiving knowledge.
Excellent Time Management and Organization Skills.
Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory. Other languages will be valued.
