    ROLE PURPOSE

The Modern Workplace Lead will be responsible for managing and guiding the modernization and transformation of the organization's workplace by leveraging digital technology.


  • He / She will lead the design, implementation, and adoption of modern workplace features, tools, platforms, and processes that promote collaboration, productivity, and innovation.
  • The Modern Workplace Lead will work closely with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to identify business requirements, design solutions, and drive the adoption of new technologies and processes.
    ROLE CONTRIBUTION
  • Develop and execute a strategy/roadmap for modernizing the organization's workplace by leveraging digital technology.
  • Proactively and regularly package, deploy and promote modern workplace features
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to identify business requirements, design solutions, and ensure the successful adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and security of workplace technologies and data.
  • Lead change management initiatives, including training, communication, and support to promote the adoption and effective use of new technologies and processes.
  • Monitor Business adoption through SMART KPIs
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of highquality services and solutions.
  • Stay abreast of emerging workplace technology trends and innovations, and provide guidance to the organization.

TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES

  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing modern workplace solutions, such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Modern Workplace solution, or other cloudbased productivity and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of emerging workplace technology trends and innovations, such as AI, IoT, and blockchain.
  • Experience in change management (ie: ADKAR) and driving user adoption of new technologies and processes.
  • Knowledge of security and compliance requirements related to workplace technologies and data.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in modern workplace technology, digital transformation, or related fields.
