HR Business Partner (M/F) based in
Porto

Your main responsibilities in this role will be to take responsibility for operational actions involving Human Resources and its related areas (Training, Reporting, Administrative & Support).

Follow Human Resources policies, processes, and services within the framework of the company's objectives; deploy the Company's strategy in terms of Talent Development.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders both within and outside of HR.

Support of all HR areas in a context of strong development in our two Centers located in Lisbon and Oporto.


YOUR FUTURE MISSION IN THE HR TEAM

Strategic Responsibilities include:

Being a strategic Partner anticipating and preparing for the future, adapting role profiles to future changes in skills and experience; partnering with key stakeholders and their teams and focusing on high value added tasks.

Take responsibility for employees' career development and Coach the business/function to optimize their Human Resources. Promote specific HR initiatives suitable to Business Units, Etc.


Administrative Responsabilities include:

Contribute to answer employee's questions. Ensure the good process of all administrative HR actions (in liaison with the concerned administrative platform). Support the onboarding and off boarding process, Etc.


Recruitment Responsibilities include :

Contribute to the recruitment plan and keep the stakeholders up to date.

Support the communication with Managers, Clients, External Recruitment entities and/or Consultants to be as effective as possible in the conclusion of the several recruitment projects; Provide HR recruitment area support.


AS OUR NEW HR BUSINESS PARTNER, YOU MUST HAVE:


  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology or similar area
  • Experience is highly valued and is required at least
  • Proven work experience of at least 4 years in HR (Administrative tasks, Recruitment, Generalist or other) and ideally up to 1 year as a HRBP
  • Proven HR operational and strategic experience ideally in Shared Services Context
  • Very good written and oral communication skills
  • Fluent in English (ideally also fluent in other European language(s))
  • Excellent organization skills and not reluctant to put the hands on
  • People oriented
  • Be able to adapt to changes and evolution
