Organisation Development & Competence Manager
Role description

  • We are seeking for a dynamic project manager to implement resource growth / people rampup targets in our Software development center in Porto region.
  • You will play an essential role in managing multiple software development entities (usually on development team lead level), translate their hiring demands into specific job profiles, manage related HR resources in the different stakeholders to ensure the hiring demand leads into a successful recruiting process.
  • In addition you will define competence and knowledge upskill & training plans for our current employees.
  • In close cooperation with our hiring entities you will identify additional growth potential
  • In that role you will be part of the CoC Management team as a direct report to the Head of the CoC.
Personal attributes

Strong personality, goal oriented, well organized, resilient with experience in working in international setup with stakeholders on all levels in different countries

  • Ability to structure and run complex corporate programs in an international environment encompassing different legal entities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to deal with different stakeholders on all company levels
  • Willingness to work mostly from the office
  • Team player and self starter with strong determination and high self motivation
  • Passionate to go with us on a journey to create a world of sustainable mobility based on cutting edge software development
Education / skills

  • University degree in engineering
-4 years + professional experience in a business related project manager role with proven track record

  • Experience in complex projects with many stakeholders, preferably in software environment
  • Language: English is a must (German not mandatory but a plus)
