Your Tasks - Paint the world green

Contrôle de la qualité de nos opérations quotidiennes en France, en Espagne et au Portugal
Réponse aux appels provenant d'autres marchés saturés si la langue est maîtrisée (anglais)
Gestion des retards, accidents, incidents, etc. conformément aux directives internes
Suivi des retards avec notre système interne, et information de nos passagers par le biais de notifications
Réaffectation des passagers à d'autres services (rebooking) en cas de retard, d'annulation ou d'incident
Documentation de tous les incidents et prise de mesures appropriées
Amélioration des processus de travail dans le cadre de petits projets
Supervision et feedback avec le chef d'équipe

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

Vous êtes communicatif et à l'aise dans le travail d'équipe
Vous êtes multilingue : vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français, vous parlez couramment l'anglais et vous avez de bonnes connaissances en espagnol et/ou portugais.
Vous connaissez Microsoft Office
Vous êtes flexible et prêt à travailler en shift (24 heures sur 24, 7 jours sur 7).
Vous avez acquis une expérience dans le domaine de la gestion des transports, de l'exploitation ou de la gestion de situations exceptionnelles et d'urgence.
