I'm currently finishing my Master's degree in Communication Sciences.
I have several years' experience in customer service and in different companies and segments: from telecommunications to the fashion sector. This experience is both face-to-face and by e-mail, facebook, telephone.
I have experience outside of Portugal in the area of teaching the English language, and also experience in the areas of advisory, reporter, journalist, all of them in Brazil.
I'm currently Marketing Manager at the industrial company Caixiave, where I manage digital communication and Google Ads and social media campaigns, as well as reporting to the Board of Directors. I previously worked as a digital marketing specialist at Urban Porject, focusing on 360º marketing, given my vast experience in various areas. I was also social media manager at Forte Store and Customer Service Manager, where I was responsible for drawing up a Customer Service Manual for implementation in the company.
