I am a freelance technical and localisation translator since 2012 in all kinds of documents and in various areas of
work, but mostly related to new technologies and computers (localisation). My work languages are english, french
and spanish and my target language is european portuguese.
I worked for 10 years in a Call Center, 7 of which as a Quality Controler in the field of telecomunications, with a
multinational company, a role I've been doing since 2015.
I started my experience as a Translation Project Manager in 2022, where I've developed more skills relating to the
translation projects workflow.

Responsible for the quality control of the Call Center assistants in the Retention area, including their perfomance
evalution according to the existing and provided frameworks. The results are weekly compiled to assess what
must be improved in terms of the whole service line, sometimes relating to each individual. In individual cases,
reunions are preformed to create a personalized improvement plan that complies with the companie's goals.
Analysis of the existing working processes of work provided to the assistants, in order to improve them, make
them easier and more understandable, with the purpose to increase productivity while maintaining quality
standards.
