Sobre Dr. Clinton Bullock:

For more than 20 years, I have remained steadfast in my dedication to education, psychology and human behavior, staff and faculty training, global event planning, organizational leadership and efficiency, and the forward progress of diverse communities. The experiences attained through my travels, professional opportunities, authorship, and education exemplify the latter and strengthen my resolve to effect positive change.

In 2019, I acquired a Doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership. With that, I founded Clinton Bullock Worldwide (CBW), an international, high-performance coaching practice. Since 2020, the CBW has assisted in the personal and professional development of more than 200 people, and the operational advancement of numerous companies and organizations. I collaborate with the CBW team and advise on new business ventures. I also provide strategic direction for the organization and coach and serve to empower the CBW team in the process. I am the author of the bestselling book, "The 18 Rules of Engagement to Interpersonal Communication," which details the most effective methods in resolving the most sensitive of situations.

I have also served as the keynote speaker and trainer for various companies on behalf of the CBW, and I consult and coordinate with key stakeholders and other entities to maximize all organizational programs, revenue, client impact, and company efficiency. To cement my understand of effective leadership and organizational development, I recently acquired my second master’s degree in the Psychology of Leadership, which focuses on evaluating leadership challenges, analyzing ethical dilemmas in leadership, assessing leadership behaviors, developing strategies for improving leadership and organizational effectiveness, and applying psychological theories to leadership issues and situations.

Before founding the CBW, I served as the senior director for the Office of Development, Leadership, and Advancement at Jillian Bullock Enterprises. I was responsible for making recommendations to the CEO on the most effective use of the training, development, the annual budget, and assessing overall organizational health. I worked with the CEO to create conditions that ultimately led to attracting, developing, and retaining a team of high performers.

With the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, as the associate director of Immersive Professional Learning and Special Programs, I managed the International Education Management bi-annual Symposium, the annual GSIPM Colloquium Speaker Series, and various other special events on and off-campus. I also supervised and hired graduate assistants and oversaw the daily operations of a multitude of projects, including logistics, budget monitoring, student orientation and documentation, and site visits. Finally, as the primary admissions officer for the Design, Partnering, Management, and Innovation program in Africa, Washington D.C. and Monterey, CA, I led a team that realized all marketing/recruiting efforts, processing, and enrollment and scholarships for said program. After acquiring my first Master of Arts degree in International Policy Studies, specializing in Negotiations/Conflict Resolution and Spanish, my passion for education, international involvement, and yearning to inspire others culminated in the acquisition of a professorship with the Defense Language Institute (DLI).

Therefore, from 2006-2014, I served as a Spanish and English professor for the US Department of Defense. Along with my professor responsibilities, eventually, I acquired the titles of Introduction to Language Studies (ILS) coordinator and academic advisor with the Middle Eastern School II (MEII) at DLI. The position consisted of creating and approving curriculum centered on training school faculty to conduct ILS courses, overseeing teacher performance, organizing and instructing workshops, and tailoring trainings for faculty and students in support of the MEII School.

In the end, the acquisition of my doctorate in Organizational Change and Leadership, accompanied by my second Master's in the Psychology of Leadership, involvement in diverse communities spanning four continents, 20+ years as an educator and higher education administrator, coaching, curriculum development, the organization of international workshops/symposia, academic/career advising, supervisory experience, certification as a professional life coach (CPC),  having been named Fulbright Specialist by the U.S. Department of State, and my work to become a bestselling author gives light to someone who would serve to significantly advance your company.

Thank you for your time, and I look forward to hearing from you.
