Work and develop my skills in the area of CyberSecurity, more towards IAM, with
focus on PAM solutions such as CyberArk, and IDP such as Sailpoint, Okta, and move towards Zero
Trust.

At BNP Paribas Lisbon, from January 2023 to March 2023, I had the privilege of managing the IAM Project. My primary responsibility was to ensure that Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) was effectively implemented. This involved establishing and enforcing the necessary access controls to protect the organization's sensitive information. Furthermore, I oversaw the implementation of Auto-Reconciliation for all applications within the project, utilizing the IDP for seamless integration. As part of my role, I emphasized the importance of Zero-Trust principles and focused on access and governance management. To ensure smooth coordination, I maintained clear and consistent communication between application owners and developers, keeping them up to date on project milestones and progress. Throughout the project, I established and monitored Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure its success.

Moving on to my role as an Identity and Access Management Specialist and DevOps professional at Euronext Porto, I further honed my expertise in automation. I successfully managed automation processes using tools such as Power Automate, Rest API, and PowerShell. Additionally, I demonstrated proficiency in AWS user and key management, implementing automation for key rotation based on defined policies. In terms of access control, I actively managed user accounts in Active Directory, Azure, and associated applications. As part of my responsibilities, I implemented Azure SSO services to enhance the user experience and security posture. Moreover, I played a pivotal role in establishing security processes and policies, while also creating application-specific processes to improve efficiency. Finally, I handled reporting and ticketing using Jira, ensuring streamlined operations and effective incident management.

During my tenure at Softinsa Tomar, I focused on IT security in the realm of Identity and Access Management. Specifically, I implemented Role-Based Access Control within support teams, ensuring that access privileges aligned with defined roles. Furthermore, I successfully established an Information Security Standard for customer department files and folders, safeguarding their sensitive data. I showcased my proficiency in system management, including Active Directory, Windows Server, Unix (Linux, AIX, HPUX, Solaris), and iSeries (AS400, HMC). Additionally, I managed subsystems such as Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server Database, and IBM WebSphere. Moreover, I adeptly handled ticketing tools such as Maximo, UIDSC, and SNOW to efficiently address user requests and incidents. I also implemented secondary controls, such as user and privileges revalidation, as well as access correction. Scripting skills in PowerShell and Unix shell were instrumental in enabling massive access changes, creation, and removal, especially during customer reorganizations. Lastly, I took the initiative to create IAM team work instructions, ensuring seamless collaboration and consistent service delivery.

In summary, my experiences in managing IAM projects and my expertise in automation, access control, security processes, and ticket handling make me an ideal candidate for any organization seeking a dedicated Identity and Access Management professional. My diverse background in the banking and insurance sectors, coupled with my demonstrated skills, allows me to provide exceptional service to clients while ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of their systems and data.
