Emidio Gois

Emidio has worked in hospitality and catering for most of his working life. He is currently the GM of 2 sushi restaurants in South Kensington called Yashin Ocean House and Yashin sushi bar. They are busy restaurants and will each have a turnover of over £2.5 million Year. Prior to this he was an operations manager for Compass catering group at the Excel London venue. He managed around 7 bars and restaurants here and is used to developing menus, budgets, etc. Before this he was a food & beverage director in a hotel in Portugal. He has also had his own restaurant in Portugal for 2 years. He is is passionate about food so will be looking to have a high-quality food and drink offering.
