At my last job I worked as a brand manager and launched 2 new brands from scratch. Ready to explore new markets and apply my knowledge and expertise for new brand launches and their promotion and growth.
 

Responsibilities:
• Ice-cream category and product development;
• Growth of brands MS despite of no media support;
• Growth of total market revenue with strong focus on overheads.

Key achievements:
• Launch of 2 new ice-cream brands including the development of a product concept, packaging and developing marketing strategy;
• Brands strategy has been developed based on the results of G&L and price elasticity analyses with a detailed trade support plan for each client and new launches for 2024 have been confirmed;
• Ensured the growth of focus A brands (Milka, Oreo, Alpen Gold) through tactical support, brick and mortar promotion;
• Sales uplift in e-com and building brands knowledge due to content development and production, elaboration support plan in omnichannel / e-com clients, forecasting and evaluating the effectiveness of placements and expanding listings;
• Monterra brand communication building due to brand book, visual and message creation, own brand internet-page and rich-content for e-com stores development and revision of the strategy in HoReCa;
• More than 15 tenders were held for various types of procurement and marketing services, which allowed us to find more efficient suppliers and save marketing budget;
• In collaboration with purchasing and NPD teams, the transition to local packaging was made and about 80% of the ingredients were replaced with local ones.
