I'm passionate about people, particularly in people coaching /development and answering customers' needs, with the purpose of having a positive impact on the lives of those around me.
People recognize me as an enthusiastic team player, curious and results-oriented, and able to respond to immediate needs and challenge new approaches that make it possible to overcome expectations and growth.
More recently I returned to one another interest area which is teaching and contributing to people development in a classroom context.

With more than 15 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry, in the commercial area _ Primary and Hospital Care, having started functions as Sales Representative and in the last years assumed leadership roles as First Line Manager and Regional Business Manager, and, more recently, as Account Manager, developing also informal leadership skills and stakeholder management.
