Hello,
Im a proactive and multifaceted individual. Other than my experience in costumer service and sales I’ve lived in Asia (Macau, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia), where I’ve worked as a content creator (photographer, designer, videographer, editor, director). Then after this I lived in Berlin where I worked as a content maker too. Then after Berlin I moved to São Paulo Brazil in where I  worked as a costumer support agent. I believe that all this international experiences that I gathered, led me to grow up professionally and personally. Leading me to be more proactive and more flexible and adaptable to new challenges.
At the moment I’m really looking for a long term opportunity that allows me to grow professionally.
I’m very patient and empathic, which are important characteristics for any costumer support role.
