  • Definition of the successful company strategy aim to turnaround the Angolan business and transform it into the fastest growing and profitable business in the Africa region.

  • Key account management of 33 first line pharmaceutical companies such as Merck Sharp and Dohme, Novartis Consumer Health, Sanofi Pasteur, Pfizer consumer health and Biogen, accompanying the service levels and developing new business opportunities in partnership with the clients.
  • Management of the customer service, logistics and transportation departments, securing a timely and efficient distribution of orders to more than 500 nationwide delivery points per day including cold chain medicines, supplied from a 30.000m2 temperature controlled and highly automated distribution center.
  • Project manager of new industrial automation systems such as pick to light, software validations, reporting tools, CRM interfaces and track and tracing communication systems, which contributed to place Logifarma as the most competitive company and by far the most technologically and automated gifted in the market.

  • Procurement, storage, and distribution of medicines with a sales value of 50 million euros
  • Procurement, stock management and factory supply chain, of Active Ingredients (APIs), raw and packaging materials to over 50 Bill of Materials for both group factories
  • Purchasing of manufacturing equipment, marketing and promotional materials, general products, and services for the whole organization
  • Fleet Management of 200 sales force vehicles
  • Project Manager of the SAP MRP implementation, that boosted the factory annual productivity in 12%

  • Logistics Key account management of Spain, France, UK, Holland, and Germany export markets, ensuring an end-to-end reliable and most cost-efficient logistics response, in competition with other Philip Morris manufacturing centers.
  • Warehouse Management and Distribution of cigarettes to the domestic market, a massive daily receiving, picking, loading and transportation operation country wide.
  • Management of a team composed by 10 people and 5 five main outsourcing suppliers (warehouse handling, finished goods distribution, freight forwarding, international road transportation)
  • Development and implementation of Logistics solutions aim to increase the competitiveness of the Portuguese Philip Morris factory which resulted in a major increase of the number of export markets and sales volumes supplied by the Portuguese factory
