My primary duties and responsibilities include, Administering day-to-day accounting operations, inclusive of general ledger maintenance, accounts payables and receivables. Managing customer payments and resolving queries related to accounts receivable. Preparation of different Invoices such as multi-shipment invoices, Proforma invoices, credit notes and receipts in the ERP system. Assessing Purchase Orders, Vendor drawings and costs to create sales orders in ERP and effective communication of the same with the relevant stakeholders in the organization. Preparing and assessing monthly and annual financial reports, comprising of income statements, balance sheets and cash flow statements. Providing timely auditing inputs to meet the requirements and guidelines set by the external auditors. Maintaining master databases related to vendors and clients. Monitoring bank transactions and reconciliation of bank statements. Reconciling supplier statements and identifying discrepancies involved. Effective coordination with clients to ensure timely payment of invoices by creating payment schedules.

Completed MBA in the year 2010 with Finance specialization and did a Project report on “Beta Analysis of Commercial Banks” under close coordination and support of ING Vysya Bank Ltd as a part of Internship.
