I've spent the last several years of my career addressing highly-complex conceptual technological and economic challenges for government, large enterprise and society. I remain active in policy addressing wealth and income inequality, participatory democracy and budgeting and have significant experience in corporate social (responsibility) behavior and externalities. Over the last year I founded a non-profit entity, recruited a board and launched a web-based service focused on leveraging technology and organizing behavior for sustained and meaningful civic engagement (civ.works).

Prior to launching civ.works I helped to design services to support Oracle Cloud operations and customer-facing services, provided governance expertise and formed trusted relationships that ranged from technical and business analysts through the C-level. My earlier work at Oracle included major innovation in how Oracle Applications products were installed, implemented and tested by implementation teams, performance engineering and benchmarks and consulting operations.

I designed and directed an innovative, economics-centric Global Problem Management function for Dell prioritizing change based upon ROI. 

Previously, I developed an integrated social media platform for the Lincoln County Democratic Central Committee, leveraging content creation and distribution, donations, press relations and financial reporting compliance with the Oregon Secretary of State.
