I’m Giovanna and I would like to propose myself to be part of your reality !

I am a very sunny and energetic person.

Empathizing with the people in front of me is part of my nature.

My professional profile and my attitude give me the opportunity to be flexible.

-I like to work in touch with my collegue and I’m totally available to support even if is in another role and means change my personal schedule.

-I’ve no problem to travel and I don’t need long time to organise my staff, i m always. Ready to go!

-In line with my legal and managerial profile I developed business plans on Canva.

My creative side allows me to mix the notions I have with the vision of the projects.

I really like it.

-I have dealt with contracts, but mainly with "negotiations" I have always been the negotiating referent and this happened because I am very focus on listening the interests and understanding what both contractual parties want.

- During the negotiations I was able to create business plans and expand them, step by step with great satisfaction of the parties.

-Speaking 4 languages, I also dealt with mediation and relations with personnel to make the company more efficient.

- Search and analyse candidates potential and knowledge with relative back office include archiving all documents and CVs.

-Having many experiences abroad, I have developed excellent logistical skills and therefore I have enthusiastically supported all the research concerning the travels of the managing director.

(search for restaurants, drivers, hotels, visits itineraries).

-I was also responsible for filing and resolving reimbursements regarding the CEO's international health insurance.

-Taking care of the Secretariat of the CDA I developed the passion for organizing meetings and events:

- written invitations

- Conferences

- Location search

- Personnel Management

- Choice of menu

- anything that could be useful for the realization of an event!
