My name is João and I'm currently available for new projects and challenges.

Throughout my career path, I had the opportunity to perform different functions in different industries, which led me to the development of different professional skills.

My essentially operational experience focuses on some aspects such as:
- Strict support and clarification of doubts to the customer via telephone;
- Contact with the customer directly at the counter/store, often with a commercial aspect;
- Use of computer mechanisms inherent to a meticulous and constant attention;
- Management of goals and results both weekly and monthly.

Despite a great professional exposure to different areas of employment, I remain with a strong motivation to increase both my knowledge and professional experience. I have a passion for learning and acquiring new skills that allow me to gradually become a more complete professional, motivated and also inspiring those around me.
