For me, recruitment is simple, it’s about people and engagement and so I try and make the process just a little extra special by going that extra mile each time and ensuring that every candidate found is tailor made for the position. 

Today’s recruiter must be a marketer, sales person, career coach and psychologist all in one. Being a modern recruiter means being flexible, creative and finding new ways to locate the best and most skilled talent with the right attitude!

I strive on building relationships and the most challenging part for me is not only finding talent but being good enough that prospective candidates want to respond. To have this be successful, you have to step out of wanting to make the placement and more into the lives of the person you are speaking with. When you have the right job for the right candidate, that candidate will leave almost any job they have because it is just that much of a perfect match.
