I have experience with process improvement and implementation, one of my key achievements in my previous job. I implemented a kanban system to optimize the routine of my department and address problems that affected the entire chain, including other departments. The implementation of this system saved time and effort for the entire chain and was further developed to assist with the control and tracking of information/data.

Moreover, while in charge of our international customer portfolio, I gained valuable experience in managing contracts and ensuring the quality of recycled commodities. I am confident that I possess the necessary skills and expertise to significantly contribute to your team.

Experiência

As the warehouse storekeeper of the company, I was challenged by my coordinator to be responsible for the organization of the workspace and warehouse, once the previous space was reallocated to the actual one and the designated person in charge did not match the expectation of the company. So I've designed and organized the storage area taking into note the flow of output of the material stored, its weight for safety and internal handling purposes, and its value to the company(financial and perceived).

While I was working on it, I noticed that the company-integrated management system was not being used for the warehouse section, once its access was restricted by the system manager. the database was totally outdated and messed up by the previous tries to use it. So I requested the reactivation of the system features and started to update it while I was organizing the warehouse. This move enabled our control resources, giving us access to features that helped us to keep in mind what we had, what is about to arrive, the frequency of requests, the forecast of requests to a determined resource, and many other tools that helped to control the data information of the sector.

As the warehouse sector was part of the purchasing department, other problems that affected the purchasing processes also had an effect on us, and as we also had a part in the process I decided to contribute to solving the problem. The problem at hand was the communication with the financial sector, sometimes the finance sector claimed that some securities and invoices were not correctly delivered on time or delivered at all. To solve the problem I created a control system at Trello, so the information could be seen by the interested parties. At Trello, I've designed a type of Kanban system where all the information of arrived securities or invoices were synthesized on cards with the appropriate descriptions of the origin, value, branch in charge, the buyer in charge, estimated delivery date(in case we can't resolve the card at the moment) with the document requested by the finance sector. With these measures, we were able to efficiently avoid transferring out of time, track in the most accessible way the latest arrives( sorted by origin, value, buyer, branches, and date), and share the data with other relevant departments.

Also, I was designated to assume the responsibility to develop and be in charge of the company's international customer portfolio, I also had to act as a procurement man, but after a few weeks and reliance on my director's approval we noticed that our business strength was the offering of the produced commodities, based on that I started doing research by my self tools that could help me to place a solid CRM to north our routines, I've tried the mailing system but without proper leads, it wasn't enough, then I've tried official/national trading websites, but the returning was few or nothing, then when I was searching for more information about a lead I've noticed that LinkedIn was a place with many professionals, if not of the same area, of a similar company that we could start a valuable relationship, so I've started to use it to generate valuable leads that's, in fact, could be engaged to initial talks and negotiation. after that, I was action restricted by the platform, but I've already convinced my director with the results, we've contracted the Sales Navigator, which enabled us to try unlimited contacts, which opened a larger range of contact tries. After this implementation and a few adjustments to our CRM system, we've come to a point where things were basically automatized, returning to use the tool only when we needed to get more leads. The existing leads (mainly partner brokers) were capable to keep our networking alive and keep running, sharing our deals, and bringing value to our Portfolio.

During college, I was Volunteer Monitor at Finance Axis in the university professional practice nucleus, where I Assisted and represented the finance axis in events and services and also Assisted in Micro-enterprise consulting and developed Business plans, financially focused.
