Juliana Católico

I have a degree in international relations and I am currently attending a Masters in Communications Science. 

I have Interest in various areas related to my academic field, such as Political Communication, Strategic Communication, Public Affairs, etc.

I am currently finishing my internship at the Portuguese Vice-Consulate in Porto Alegre, RS, Brazil. During this time, I have gained practical experience in consular activities, public service, and administrative support, developing essential skills in international relations and citizen assistance.

Additionally, I have worked in various customer service roles, which have significantly enhanced my skills in effective communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. These roles have helped me improve my ability to listen attentively, respond to customer needs, and maintain a high standard of service in challenging situations.

My professional experiences have contributed to my personal and professional growth, allowing me to apply and expand my competencies in diverse and dynamic environments.
