Karolina Gawrzydek

Most of my professional career I spend being an IT recruiter. While working in this area, I gained a lot of human resources and IT knowledge. It taught me, among many others, good interpersonal and organisational skills. During this time I was also volunteering in Noble Gift. It strenghten my skills managing processes between people (gifted and givers) and working under pressure. My last job was being a barista/waitress in cafe in Lagos which was a great opportunity to learn working in a completely new field. It gave me a chance to work directly with people in service industry and some knowledge about coffee. Before becoming an IT recruiter I was working a few jobs like working in a factory and as a hostess on international fair. In my younger years I also had sport career, I was training high jumping, which taught me hard work and discipline. Apart from my native language, I know English very well, holding a C1 certificate, and I recently started learning Spanish. I have Bachelor’s degree in Organisation of Labour Market, I also finished postgraduated studies in Frontend development with React.
