Experiência

With a PhD in Architecture and Urban Planning and over 15 years of international experience, I combine design precision with technical and analytical expertise across architecture, urban development, and IT service delivery. Skilled in AutoCAD, GIS, and familiar with BIM tools such as Revit, I develop spatial and data-driven solutions that integrate innovation, sustainability, and performance.

In IT and project management, I lead change management initiatives within the ITIL framework, ensuring effective service transition, incident and problem management, and risk assessment.

Applying Agile and Waterfall methodologies with tools like Jira, Confluence, and ClickUp, I've coordinated cross-functional teams and collaborated with internal and external stakeholders throughout all project phases to enhance performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

I also work with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Oracle, and SAP to automate workflows, improve data management, and support seamless service delivery. Recently, as part of my Postgraduate Degree in UX/UI, I have applied user experience principles using Figma, Adobe XD, Miro, and Adobe Creative Suite to design user-centred digital systems that bridge spatial planning with technological innovation.
