Experiência

Started as a Data Entry Administrator, and after three years, I transitioned to a Sales/Operations Role for an FMCG firm in West Africa. My responsibilities included troubleshooting clients' issues, complaint resolution, customer experience, administration, data management using Ms. Excel, ERP and CRM Tools, problem-solving and key account management. I worked with various teams from finance, supplies, logistics, and human resources.

  • Trouble-shooting client’s issues, providing support to sales team and delivering processes to complete end-to-end oversight of the sales operation. 
  • Coordination and management of the execution of sales orders while meeting client expectations.
  • Expanding, nurturing, and maintaining customer relationships with existing customers. ·
  • Taking on new customers from the sales team using the standardized onboarding process.
