Hello 👋,

I am Lucas Ventura and I am currently looking for a job as a Junior Game Developer.
I have just finished my Undergraduate Degree in Games and Multimedia at ESTG-IPLeiria, where I learned a lot and focused mostly on Game Design, after that I was given the opportunity to intern at Nerd Monkeys as a Game Developer. 
During my journey, I have acquired some real-world experience in programming, graphics programming, porting, writing good documentation and some of the processes related to designing, producing and publishing video games.
It is worth mentioning that I also managed small teams and projects, making use of my communication and planning skills through out the job and required tasks.

I started game development in 2020, at first I made some games with small teams as a game designer and project manager learning and improving my methodology and processes, I also learned a lot about illustration, UI and some of the tools included in the Adobe suite. In 2023 I got an internship as a game programmer and was able to really improve on my programming skills, mostly with Unity and C# and acquiring experience publishing for mobile.
