Hello! I am Luiza, I am a Brazilian-born living in Portugal, and currently I work as a content moderator for the Spanish market in Lisbon. At my job, I receive documentation (IDs, drive licenses, death, birth and marriage certificates, business documents from banks, notaries, utility bills, and so on) from all Hispanic-speaking countries and analyze it. Depending on the queue, I can accept them or deny them. I also have to pay special attention to detail since a great number of fake documents are sent, sometimes very well done with almost imperceptive changes. It is also very important at my job to be updated to policy changes, as they change very often, to forget old rules and remember new ones. The job is done personally, and every day I receive a huge number of jobs through the day, which means I am also good at keeping concentrate for several hours at one task.
I also have experience in costume service, HR services, translations and teaching. I love traveling and I have lived in 5 countries, which means I am easy to adapt to different cultures and ways of working. I am used to a multicultural environment and can easily communicate with people from all kinds of backgrounds. That's  why I am have experienced in different areas.
I consider myself a quick learner, and I retain new information easily. I can work in Portuguese, Spanish or English without difficulties. 
I very much like my job and feel I make some difference in the world, making sure the internet is a safe place, but I feel I would do better working to own my own space, that's why I am looking for a remote opportunity. I hope I can be a good fit to you.
