Maria Felix

Maria is a surface pattern designer, culture enthusiastic, ready to take on different projects both in interiors and fashion. Creating fun, playful, and versatile prints, many times applying her Portuguese heritage and style into her work. Relating her passion for traditional and cultural contexts, by showcasing appreciation for one’s culture throughout the designs. 

Inspired by different cultures and her own, telling stories by Illustrating and using colours that reflect a contemporary view of the Traditional. Her work is mainly done by painting on paper or working digitally, however she likes to learn new skills. Discover news way of working and work with others. Previously collaborating with other young professionals that share passion for sharing their culture as well. 

Is Important for her the inclusion of one’s culture, by carry her heritage and to respect and share other’s cultures as well, she wishes to continue sharing it in the future.
