Ph.D. Psychologist with over 10 years of experience in the research, education, and healthcare industries in both Brazil and Canada, demonstrating a proven ability to lead and manage complex projects from start to finish and attend to clients' needs. • Coordinated a randomized trial to evaluate the cost-effectiveness of a program to promote mental health, prevent mental disorders and drug addiction, sponsored by the Brazilian Ministry of Health involving 3 800 participants in 3 cities in Brazil.

• Conducted over 20 pre-site visits and performed site evaluations.
