I have experience in various roles such as a Reporting Analyst, Credit Analyst, Administrative Assistant, and Customer Support Specialist/Agent. I have demonstrated skills in data management, analysis, forecasting, financial statement analysis, credit assessment, customer service, and administrative tasks. Beside this, I am detail-oriented, hardworking, self-motivated, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills with experience in managing daily operations, resolving complaints, maintaining records, scheduling meetings, and handling office-related tasks. I have also worked in roles involving customer support, handling telephone calls, maintaining customer relationships, and providing accurate information.

I have completed my Masters degree in International Business from Coventry University, UK.
