I have been working as a General Banking Officer as well as Foreign Trade Officer for the last 14 years in one of the  large and reputed (PRIME BANK LIMITED) Bangladesh.

 I have a degree in Social Science  and I have been working as a General Banking Officer as well as Foreign Trade Officer for the last 14 years  in one of the large and reputed (PRIME BANK LIMITED) bank in my country. My duties include customer service, verifying customer documents,send customers docemnets to the buyers bank all over the world, sending messages to the buyers Bank through SWIFT,performing customer transactions. I am knowledgeable in all areas of banking and I am familiar with the regulations and procedures associated with the banking industry. In addition to my banking experience, I possess excellent customer service skills. I am highly organized and detail-oriented, and I am proficient in various software applications, including Microsoft Office and QuickBooks.

14(Fourteen)yearsʼ experience in Banking including Foreign Trade and
General banking. Having excellent customer relationship and good
administrative knowledge, now willing to shift career. Key skills include:
