Main Duties:

Report to the security director and assist the security shift in charge, give the suggestions to run the operation smoothly and assist to improve the security operation & standards.

Efficiently monitor and operate the CCTV surveillance systems within the control room and ensured that all work undertaken in compliance with security operating procedure, legislation and as per Fairmont Dubai code of practice.

Made sure all area has clear visibility, reported the camera obstructions to the concerned departments and assisted the security leaders, colleagues both in live and play back the camera recording upon request after the approval of the security director.

Reported network video recorder and cameras malfunction, failure of other installed devices installed and maintain the CCTV system in a proper way and engage with the maintenance service provider to rectify the reported issues.

Immediately inform the equipment failures to the shift in charge and communicate via e mail with the service provider and make follow up if required.

Provide full support to the government authorities (Police, SIRA & CID) in case of any investigations and during the CCTV audit in control room.

Keep all footage evidence records and witness statements of the internal investigations conducted by the internal security department or government authorities, follow the Fairmont SOP’s and made sure all records available once needed.

Efficiently handle all enquires and answer radio & telephone service, assist to conduct investigations and to write incident reports which occur within the premises.

Conduct regular checks on all field officers to assure the alertness and follow the site instructions and carrying out their duty effectively.

Maintain a secure system for providing data in accordance with the regulations set up by Department of protective System also ensured the security of the control room as equipment’s are maintained at all times.

Fully aware of the job responsibilities in terms of confidential information, Fairmont gentle services including health and safety. 

Prepare daily shift report on excel sheet with complete shift activities & actions and send to leaders.

Operated the CCTV system, maintain the building surveillance, monitor the live view continuously, check the play back the recordings, download the footages, arrange incident reports, and keep evidence records in a separate file with complete details. Report the camera or system failure to the concerned department and made follow up once required.

Main Duties:

Monitor the camera images, vehicles movements, maintenance personnel’s, sub staff and visitors continuously and send the observation report of any suspicious movements to the shift leader, assisted with the prevention and detection of crime regularities.

Attended the complaints of theft, incidents, reported losses, conducted preliminary investigations, compile CCTV reports and collect evidence when required.

Perform monitoring tasks in line with standard operating procedures and avoid the unauthorized access, review the cameras and footage sharing within the control room.

Control the operation of all cameras in order to carry out necessary camera patrols and operate a multi-camera reporting system, ensuring criminal incidents and all irregularities are recorded.

Operate all equipment’s in a correct and efficient way, sequence the camera screen to increase the likelihood of detecting incidents.

Check equipment’s, inspect failures & faults, conduct first line maintenance, notify shift in charge, immediately report to maintenance provider, seek assistance to rectify malfunctions and made sure the operational readiness.

Maintain the control room, regularly clean the CCTV equipment’s, record equipment failure & faults in shift report and sent to the security director daily basis.

Maintain an effective video and tape management system in line with standard operating procedures and store video evidence securely under appropriate conditions.

Produce formatted statements of evidence to corroborate real-time recordings and avoid to disclose information to non-authorized persons.

Inform the supervisor changes in manned duties and ensured the standard of security services provided by the contracted security staff at various facilities complied with the prescribed standards and follow the site instructions.

Joined the night team, run the operation smoothly and assisted the team in CCTV, lobby, foot patrolling, security reception desk and access control. Promoted as a night shift in charge and was a main contact in the event of emergencies & security incidents that occur on the site and team leader.

Main Duties:

Responsible for giving clear instructions to team members regarding the work to be performed with deadlines and quality standards and implementing safe working practices and procedures in accordance with company policies.

Assigned to supervise the team, train & motivate them to achieve the objectives and to improve team’s performance and provide the necessary guidance once required.

Fully comply with the company quality and occupational health and safety policies.

Pro-actively ensured the protection of the people and the property, maintained a secured, comfortable environment to our valued guests, visitors and on-site contractors.
