  • Plan, Organize, Direct, Control, Create, Evaluate and deploy supply requirements to the supply base via MRP which achieves production, inventory and cost objectives. Ensure demand from all sources (production, aftermarket, engineering, etc.) is supported appropriately.
  • Develop robust systems to track progress of critical manufacturing equipment readiness across our global supply chain
  • Develop and implement plans to efficiently use materials, labor and equipment to meet production targets & Slashed 20% cost of Product.
  • Define, implement, and drive execution of project requirements, workflows, and plans.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track program status and to communicate key project metrics to the broader organization including Engineering, Finance and Manufacturing.

  • Lead and maintain processes and procedures to ensure alignment with procurement directives, including development and enhancement of policies and internal procedure documents.  
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide guidance on the proper type of procurement in alignment with Govt. rules and internal policies, Create & process Purchase Requests for any required items, moreover raise Purchase Orders for all approved Purchase Requests.
  • Develop and coordinate the preparation of formal bids and procurement documents and Assist in the development of procurement evaluation criteria.
  • Identify and Assist in the evaluation of incoming quotes and proposals. Materials, equipment or supplies, Lead and facilitate negotiations and preparation on contractual documentation.
  • Coordinate relationships with Shared Service Organizations, Group Purchasing Organizations, and external contractual partners and vendors.
  • Provide education/training to internal users in relation to procurement directives, relevant trade agreements, and purchasing related policies and procedures.

  • Plan; determine optimal utilization of manufacturing workers and equipment to meet manufacturing goals.
  • Determine if new manufacturing machines, methods are needed.
  • Ensure that manufacturing stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate manufacturing with Sales, Marketing, Procurement, and other departments, as well as with vendors and shippers, Help ensure that customer, statutory, standards, and internal requirements are met or exceeded.
