Niki Veziridi

My name is Niki Veziridi, I am 23 years old and I am from Greece. I have been studying Tourism Management for 4 years at the University of West Attica. I also attended the Erasmus Exchange Program at IMC University of Applied Science in Krems, Austria last summer semester. I have been working for two years in the first all-inclusive hotel in Greece, Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel, at the Food and Beverage department

I am currently working as a barista and assistant waitress at Mitsis Ramira Beach Hotel, for two years now. I am entering orders in the PDA system, making coffees, customer service, and handling complaints. I was working for two years as a secretary in an English school, receiving payments, supervising the examinations, and being responsible for the record of absences. Lastly, I was working at a call center, for the company “Pizza Fan”, as a call agent and help desk assistant. I was promoting products, entered online orders, and managing complaints.
