I like to interact with people, to use different ways to bring people together. For me, communication is the beginning of everything, from the most technical way to the more institutional and political side of my work. Going through the media training sessions that I guided to Health Care Professionals, or the several events that I presented and moderated, involving external
stakeholders or decision makers.

As a journalist,  I master diferent kinds of journalistic genres (portraits, interviews, features, news etc.) and work for online, print media and TV.
Along all these years, I've travelled all around the world doing reports on diferent topics.  This large experience gave me the ability of quick adpat to diferent contexts and enviroments, also being diplomatic and ensure a good communication to the diferent public. The report transmited in "live" also help me to think fast and react quickly, in an appropriate way to whatever unforeseen situation that might arose.

Since I'm a journalist, I was able to develop cultural and social sensibility along with my communication skills.

My experience as a high competition rugby athlete for around 15 years, helped me to better understand the importance of working as a team and also to solve potential conflicts that normally arose within teams.
