Hello, My name is Olga I 

I have substantial experience teaching ESL students and working in international schools with various nationalities and cultures. For the last 4 years, I have tended to my family-owned business - a language school. We started it to provide equal opportunities to students from small towns. Moreover, last year we started a daycare seeing that there is a need in our city for an alternative, safe place of care for children 1-3 yo. Having my own child at this age I researched different methods of bringing up children in a non-violent communication, child-led environment and managed to create a dream space I wanted for my own child.
