I am a hospitality specialist driven by customer satisfaction. I enjoy motivating my teams to give the best of themselves and to thrive within a safe, open and fun work environment . 

I have managed different types of venues, from 4 star Hotel specialising in MICE, to Holiday Residences and Resorts and 3 star campsites. I have also been in charge of a Reservations Dept and worked as a TO Rep for a local airport. This has given me the opportunity to show how versatile and adaptable I am.

Educated to Degree level with a Diploma in Translation and Interpreting, I am a qualified and experienced linguist. I have acquired new skills recently whilst working freelance in Localisation as a Digital Communication specialist.
