I am a US citizen and a registered physical therapist in the State of Michigan since December 2006 and have experience working in a variety of settings including home care, skilled nursing facility, outpatient therapy and subacute and chronic rehabilitation centers

I have experience in working in skilled nursing facility and long term care with patients suffering from orthopedic, neurological and cardio-pulmonary diseases including Covid-19 infections

Main job responsibilities include physical therapy evaluation and designing therapy plans that address each resident’s unique needs

Focus is on maintaining and restoring lost physical function following a serious injury or illness

I also have experience in home care setting with patients suffering from non surgical orthopedic, surgical orthopedic, non- orthopedic surgical and other non surgical post hospitalization illness

  Main focus is on strength and balance training and improving functional capacity with transfers and ambulation

 Have experience with Oasis SOC and care communication with other medical disciplines
