Petar Pondev

 I am working as a professional Bartender since 2012 and attended the SPTU School for Hotel & 

Restaurant Business shortly before i acquired my Bachelor of Arts Luben Gross University in Bulgaria.

Most of my Hospitality Experience formed itself over the years, working in a range of Bars, Coffees and Restaurants in Berlin/Germany, such as ‚Oh Calcutta‘, ‚KANTE Berlin‘, ‚Café M‘, ‚Cobobar‘, ‚Crown Plaza‘, just to name a few. These versatile environments helped me developed my customer service and barista skills, both in high volume establishments, and small, local eateries. I have thorough knowledge of both classic & contemporary coctails, beer, wine, spirits and mixed drinks. I‘m experienced in taking care of stock lists, inventory, supplier communication, billing.

In addition to my skills as a Bartender, i have developed Experience in culinary arts, such as preparing warm dishes, burgers, soups, salads, smoothies, and more. My main focus is to provide customers with an unforgettable experience and i am confident that i would make a great contribution to your Team.
