I'm a dedicated and empathetic Special Educator with a strong commitment to providing personalized learning experiences for students with diverse needs. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Special Education, I have honed my expertise in creating Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that foster academic and social development. With a passion for inclusion, I ensure that my classrooms are nurturing and supportive where all students feel valued and empowered. Through differentiated instruction, positive behavioral support, and open communication with parents and colleagues, I maximize each student's potential. My advocacy work outside the classroom highlights my dedication to improving the lives of students with disabilities. My impactful and compassionate approach continues to make a significant difference in the lives of those I educate.

I have been working for more than 13 years with a renowned school chain in India. I started my journey as a special educator, and gradually, I became the master trainer for teachers across the country within the same school chain. They have given me a bundle of opportunities to prove my strengths and grow with the organization.

Bachelor's in Special Education (Learning Disability), along with a year-long diploma course in Autism Spectrum Disorder and two-year-long diploma courses in Intellectual Disability. To gain a better understanding of my students, I also pursued an M.Sc. in Psychology. This helped me to have a clearer idea of their needs and requirements based on their age group.
