I am a dedicated and enthusiastic student seeking an internship in data development, where I can learn and contribute to the team. I have knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript and Python, and I am currently studying for the PCAP certification. I am a skilled problem solver and eager to contribute to the development of a data strategy platform.

Although lacking IT field experience, I am highly motivated, eager to learn and bring transferable skills in recruitment, team management, training, communication, and project coordination. Implemented and managed the hiring process, maintained and updated company training, and trained the team for customer service. Handled payroll management and successfully managed day-to-day store operations, resolving customer issues efficiently.

Conducted headhunting and executed full recruitment processes. Managed admission and dismissal procedures and implemented/maintained internal communication strategies. Provided training in customer service to employees of client companies.

Project Manager, A&S Tietê, Campinas, Brazil (01/2017 - 12/2018):

Coordinated the Active Aging Project, led a cross-functional team, and conducted seminars on active aging. Negotiated with private companies and government entities. Managed finance, HR, and strategy processes, reporting on project actions, results, and financials.
