Raquel Martinho

I have 9 years of experience in the areas of Medical and Health Sciences with an emphasis on Molecular Biology, Neuroscience, Physiology, and Pharmacology. I co-authored 7 peer-reviewed papers and presented at international and national conferences. I co-advised 5 BSc/MSc students. I am a professional eSports FIFA player and a 3-time FIFA National Champion for the Portuguese Football Federation. I have a very good set of organizational and management skills from my different roles.

Prepare and deliver practicals in Portuguese and English to classes of 20 students in General Physiology, Veterinary Physiology, Physiology I, and Physiology II.

Thesis - “Promising Therapeutic Strategies and The Physiological Effects Of Adrenaline In Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder” resulted in 3 papers and 5 oral presentations.
