My name is Richard Yeates. I am a chef that’s currently residing in Hamilton, a city just outside of Toronto, Canada. I am writing to you about the position availability at The Hilton. I would be thrilled to be the person to fill that role. I have spent just under 15 years studying the craft of cooking and decided that now is the time to bring my skill set another part of the world. I am currently in the process of working towards a work visa to bring myself and my family to . Experiência
I’ve spent the last 13 years studying the culinary industry throughout the Canadian food scene. specifically focusing on Ontarios bountiful culture. I’ve spent time in very tight nit teams that are based in both fine dinning and attention to detail. During these experiences I have found myself developing an all around ability to properly conduct myself in the professional kitchen environment.
George is a French based cooking institution that has Italian and Asian influence. Actinolite is based on the land and local produce as well as the environment we are surrounded by. Skippa was a Japanese tasting menu, we would fly our ingredients in weekly to best represent the freshest and most accurate times in the Japanese market while blending it with our local market at the same time it was a beautiful fusion that created a temporary stop in time that has since moved on. Born & Raised is Italian cuisine done very simply but very authentic and representative of the culture. My brief time spent at R^PM Bakehouse was well taken as a learning experience in patisserie and developing my skill set further without the use of traditional ingredients such as chocolate, we are only using ingredients local to the region which leads to much more discussion and creativity.
Overall through this journey I have found myself with a very unique skill set that is easily adaptable to any environment I find myself in.
